| There are 2 likely reasons why you may be getting
disconnected while using FTP:
- As a security precaution, the server automatically disconnects you
if your FTP session remains inactive for a period of time (usually 3-5
minutes).
- If your FTP connection abruptly drops while you are in the middle
of an upload, please check how much disk space you have available on
your account. If you approach to within 3-5% of your maximum disk space,
the server will automatically disconnect the FTP session as an emergency
precautionary measure.
