Grant a users permissions to a mySQL database
Grant a users permissions to a mySQL database
Once you have created a user to use a database you need to grant that user permission to use the database. If you have not yet created a user, refer to Creating a mySQL user for more information.
To grant user permissions to a mySQL database:
  1. Click on the MySQL Databases link in the Main Menu area.

  2. Choose the specific user from the Users list and the specific database to grant permissions to from the Db list.

  3. Click on the Add User button.
