Delete an auto-responder when you no longer need
to use it. If you use the auto-responder at frequent intervals, such as
an Out of Office message, you can modify it to point to a nonexistent email
account, such as store@yourdomain.com, and then simply change the account
name back when you need it again. Refer to Editing
an auto-responder for more information.
To delete an auto-responder:
Click on the Auto-Responders link in the Mail Menu area.
Click on the Delete button next to the auto-responder that you want to delete.
