Project Processing

Webmaintainer processes your project using 4 position types: Personal Assitant, Project Manager, Technical Personnel, and Quality Assurance.

Personal Assistant (PA)

The PA provides the initial contact between Webmaintainer and its customers.

Responsibilities of the PA

• Discuss initial project requirements and details
• Coordinate with Customer & PM on defining project requirements
• Create ‘Summary’ (SM) document of work requested
• Update customer on progress of project by coordinating with the PM

Project Manager (PM)

A PM has general to advanced knowledge of all the technologies regarding the project. This position is not necessarily an "individual", but a Project Management Team. Currently, the PM team consists of Charles Belz, Anil Baddi, Syed Ghousepeer, and Asif Saud.

Responsibilities of the PM

• Create ‘Service of Work’ (SOW) document detailing specifics of assignment.
• Assign Tasks of SOW requirements to Technical Personnel
• Coordinate with Technical Personnel & Personal Assistant when issues arise.
• Monitor work flow stays on schedule per the SOW

Technical Personnel (TP)

Our Technical Personnel range in skill levels from entry level to advanced professionals. Both Web Designers and Technical Programmers fall under this classification.

Testing & Quality Assurance (TQ)

Testers are a quality assurance watchdog of Technical Personnel. They report back to TP and the PM any errors or sloppy work.
